Text, designs and materials are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their owner or the respective authors and brands. Displaying work in the portfolio does not grant a licence to reuse it. Please obtain permission from the relevant rights holder for other uses.

Data and purposes
Forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, message and project information you choose to provide. We use these details to answer enquiries and manage professional requests. Please avoid including sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.
Enquiries are processed on the basis of your consent; requests for a quote or service may also be processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Marketing communications require a separate, optional choice. You do not need to subscribe to the newsletter to contact us.
Hosting logs and anti-spam services may process IP addresses and browser information to maintain security and prevent abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Retention
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and manage any resulting relationship. Contractual records are kept for the applicable statutory periods. Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn, subject to retaining the minimum information needed to address legal responsibilities.
Providers and recipients
Technology providers, including Namecheap, provide hosting and email. WordPress processes forms; enquiries may remain in email, and forms with response storage save submissions in the database. Where requested and enabled, Brevo manages the newsletter. Google reCAPTCHA analyses technical signals to prevent spam. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; safeguards required by data protection law must apply.
